Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Social Maestro's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Social Maestro. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Service Description

Social Maestro provides AI-powered social media management and content generation services, including:

• AI-driven content generation and optimization
• Social media account integration and management
• Analytics and performance insights
• Content scheduling and publishing
• Brand management and multi-tenant capabilities

Services are provided in accordance with Law No. 6563 on Electronic Commerce.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Complying with all applicable Turkish laws and regulations

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use our services for lawful business purposes in compliance with these Terms.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Violate any Turkish laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for illegal content under Law No. 5651
• Violate consumer protection laws (Law No. 6502)

5. Payment and Billing

5.1 Subscription Fees

• All fees are listed in USD but may be paid in Turkish Lira at current exchange rates
• Prices include applicable VAT (KDV) as required by Turkish tax law
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Payment terms comply with Turkish consumer protection regulations

5.2 Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation policies comply with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

5.3 Invoicing

Electronic invoices (e-fatura) will be provided in accordance with Turkish tax regulations. Please ensure your tax information is accurate and up-to-date.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted under Turkish Commercial Code and relevant laws. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Content generated by AI that requires your review
• Third-party actions or service interruptions
• Data loss beyond our reasonable control

You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publication. We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of generated content.

7. Termination

7.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for services already rendered.

7.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended period of inactivity

7.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period as required by Turkish law.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

For consumer disputes, you may also apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) or Consumer Courts (Tüketici Mahkemeleri) as provided under Law No. 6502.
